Most real estate agents know they should be posting consistently. They just never do — because between showings, contracts, and client calls, who has the time?
Here's the thing: you don't need hours. You need a system.
This is the exact workflow I use to generate a full week of content in a single 30-minute session — using AI to do the heavy lifting.
The 30-Minute Content Sprint
What you'll produce:
1 newsletter edition
3 social posts (LinkedIn or Instagram)
1 short-form video script
All from a single idea. Here's how.
Step 1: Pick one topic (2 minutes)
Don't overthink this. The best real estate content comes from what you already know. Ask yourself:
What question did a buyer or seller ask me this week?
What's one thing most clients get wrong about the market right now?
What do I wish more people understood before they listed their home?
Write down your answer in one sentence. That's your topic.
Example: "Most sellers price their home based on what they need, not what the market will pay — and it's costing them thousands."
Step 2: Feed it to AI and get your raw content (10 minutes)
Open your AI tool of choice (ChatGPT, Claude, whatever you use) and paste this prompt:
"I'm a real estate agent. Write me a 400-word newsletter about this topic: [your topic]. Make it conversational, specific, and useful — not generic. End with one actionable tip the reader can use today."
Run it. Read it. Fix anything that doesn't sound like you. This takes about 5 minutes, not 45.
Step 3: Repurpose into social posts (10 minutes)
Take the newsletter draft and prompt again:
"Turn this newsletter into 3 short social media posts for a real estate agent. Each should be under 150 words, start with a hook, and end with a question to drive comments."
You now have your LinkedIn or Instagram content for the week. Done.
Step 4: Turn it into a video script (5 minutes)
One more prompt:
"Turn the main point of this newsletter into a 60-second talking-head video script. Make it conversational, like I'm speaking directly to a homebuyer."
Record it on your phone between appointments. No studio required.
Step 5: Schedule everything (3 minutes)
Drop the newsletter into your email platform and schedule it
Copy the 3 social posts into your scheduler (Buffer, Later, or just native scheduling)
Film the video script when you have 10 minutes free
Total time: 30 minutes. Total content: a full week.
Why This Works
AI doesn't replace your expertise — it removes the friction between knowing something and getting it out into the world. You still bring the insight. The market knowledge. The real-world experience. AI just formats it faster than you can type.
The agents who win online in the next few years won't be the ones who post the most. They'll be the ones who figured out how to be consistent without burning out.
This system is how you do that.
Next week: I'll share the exact prompts I use to write listing descriptions, buyer guides, and market update emails — in under 15 minutes each.
If this was useful, forward it to one agent who needs to hear it.
